One of my favorite things about being a photographer is getting to walk alongside families through so many important milestones. When I first started my photography business in Mesa, I primarily photographed weddings. I loved documenting wedding days, but what I didn't expect was how rewarding it would be to continue photographing those same couples as they grew their families.
So when one of my former wedding clients reached out to tell me she had welcomed a baby boy and wanted me to photograph him, I couldn't have been more excited! Watching couples go from newlyweds to parents is one of the greatest privileges of this job!

A Beautiful Lifestyle Newborn Shoot at Home
For this session, I joined the family in their home for a relaxed lifestyle newborn shoot. In-home sessions are one of my favorite ways to document this season because they allow families to stay comfortable in their own space while creating images that feel personal and authentic.
There is something so special about newborn photography at home. Years from now, these photos won't just remind parents of what their baby looked like—they'll remind them of the home where those first memories were made.
